AI & Day-to-Day Life"

IQAC of Mahajubilee Training College, Mulloorkara organized  intensive capacity-building programme titled "AI & Day-to-Day Life" on September 3, 2026, at the MJTC Auditorium. Conducted as part of the institution’s best-practice initiative, EduAI Nexus ("Empowering Future Educators with AI for Everyday Life & Learning"), the event was specifically designed to prepare B.Ed trainee teachers for the evolving technological landscape in education.The training sessions were led by expert resource persons Mr. Akhil A R from Skillarium Academy and Mr. Rajesh Haridas, Career Coach. Both experts delivered interactive and informative classes focusing on practical AI literacy, effective prompt engineering techniques and digital awareness.

GTA meeting

Mahajubilee Training College, Mulloorkara,  conduted the 1st GTA General Body Meeting for the 2026–2028 B.Ed. batch on Friday, August 14, 2026, at 1:30 PM in the MJTC Auditorium.

The Onam celebration “Onathira” was conducted at Mahajubilee Training College, Mulloorkara, on 21 August 2026 at 9:30 a.m.The programme began with a prayer, followed by the welcome address and the formal inauguration of the celebration.Various traditional Onam programmes, including Onam songs, dances, games and cultural performances, were presented by the students and staff.The celebration provided an opportunity for everyone to experience the spirit of Onam, strengthen unity and promote a sense of togetherness among the college community.The programme concluded with a vote of thanks, and the celebration was a joyful and memorable experience for all the participants.

The 35th Synergy Seminar Series of Mahajubilee Training College, Mulloorkara, was conducted on 17 August 2026 at 11:00 a.m. on the topic “Action Research in Education.”The programme began with a prayer followed by the welcome speech delivered by Santhosh A.J.Rev. Dr. Chacko Chiramel, Principal of MJTC, introduced the resource person, Dr. Bini T.V., Assistant Professor in Natural Science, CKM College of Teacher Education, Wayanad.The session included a profile reading, an informative presentation by the resource person, an interactive session, and a feedback session for the students.The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by Serin A.J., followed by the National Anthem, and the session was highly beneficial and informative for the students.

The Curriculum Planning Committee meeting


 

 Curriculum planning for the academic year 2026-28 was convened on June 5 at the College Auditorium of Mahajubilee Training College.

The meeting commenced with a prayer led by Asst. Prof. Ann George C. Rev. Dr. Chacko Chiramel, Principal of the College, delivered the welcome address. The Teacher-in-Charge, Ann George C., presented the report.

Prof. Dr. Suresh Kumar K., N.S.S. Training College, Ottapalam, delivered the keynote address. Smt. K. Rajeswari, Headmistress, N.S.S. Higher Secondary School, Mullurkara, offered felicitations. Dr. Aji Narayanan K.K., President of the Mahajubilee Training College Alumni Association, delivered the reflective address.

The meeting deliberated on the following key agenda items: review of the implementation of the curriculum for the 2025-27 academic year, new academic planning for the 2026-28 academic year, preparation of the academic calendar, school internship programmes, A detailed discussion was also held regarding the recent revisions in the school curriculam.
Subsequently, an open forum was conducted wherein teachers and education experts shared valuable suggestions and recommendations. The Staff Secretary, Smt. Soumya E., proposed the vote of thanks.

2nd GTA Meeting

The 2nd GTA General Body Meeting of the B.Ed. (2025–2027 Batch) was conducted on 17th February 2026 at 1:30 p.m. at Mahajubilee Training College, Mulloorkara. The programme commenced with the College Anthem sung by the MJTC students.
The meeting was formally inaugurated with a Welcome Speech and Presidential Address delivered by Rev. Dr. Chacko Chiramel, Principal of the college. In his address, he highlighted the importance of unity, leadership, and active participation in academic and co-curricular activities for the holistic development of future educators and future activities in college
The GTA Report was presented by Ms. Sujina M.S. Assistant Professor in Physical Science. She detailed the activities conducted by the association.
Felicitations were offered by Ms. Divya K., Assistant Professor in Philosophy, and Mr. Dany Markose, GTA President (2025–2027 Batch). They appreciated the efforts of the office bearers and encouraged students to actively engage in association activities.A group dance performed by the students of the B.Ed. (2025–2027 Batch) added vibrancy and enthusiasm to the programme.The meeting concluded with a Vote of Thanks proposed by Anila E.N., B.Ed. student (2025–2027 Batch), who expressed gratitude to the Principal,  Guardians,faculty members, office bearers, and students for their support and cooperation.

The programme ended with the National Anthem.
